Finance Ops Executive (5 months, Changi)

About the role

Support fixed asset accounting processes, including the timely capitalisation of completed projects, creation and maintenance of WBS elements and asset master records, and upkeep of the fixed asset register. Conduct fixed asset verification and physical sighting exercises, maintain supporting documentation, and assist with asset transfers, disposals, and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of asset records. Partner with business units on fixed asset-related matters by providing guidance on capitalisation requirements and supporting compliance with the Company's accounting policies and relevant SFRS(I) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end data migration activities for ERP and EPM system implementations, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing and executing test scenarios, documenting results, tracking system defects, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and successful system deployment
• Review accounts payable transactions and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and approval requirements
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly shareholder reporting packs by compiling financial data, performing reconciliations and variance analyses, and supporting the timely submission of management reports
• Provide ad hoc finance and accounting support, including process improvement initiatives, financial analysis, and other assignments as required
