Finance Outsource

• Must have  experience with Oracle GRP

  • Reconcile a wide variety of financial data for maintaining accurate account balances to match transaction information with trial balance.
  • Fixed Assets Reconciliation, ensure asset register matching with trial balance.
  • Booking invoices
  • Monthly Inventory reconciliation.
  • Supplier prepayment account to be reconciled with trial balance.
  • Ensure monthly closing of MBRSC books.
  • Attending the External auditor’s requirements.
  • Training finance team and provide guidance regarding GRP financial system (If needed).
  • Assist in enhancing the financial processes and reporting.
  • Contribute in developing UAE national colleagues and share knowledge whenever necessary.
  • Perform other duties within the context of the job roles asked by the line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a shared services or outsourcing environment.
• Proven experience with major accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero).
