Finance Partner

An established organisation is seeking a finance professional to support the financial management of its international portfolio. The role covers a broad range of finance activities, including financial reporting, month end closing, finance operations and related projects.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, contributing to financial control, informed decision-making and continuous improvement of finance processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations and accounting month end closing activities for assigned entities.

• Prepare and review periodic financial reports, supporting schedules and reconciliations.

• Produce management reports, financial analysis, budgets, forecasts and finance commentary to support business planning and decision making

• Enhance financial processes, reporting systems and internal controls, leveraging on AI and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Coordinate audits, tax compliance, statutory reporting and other regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting or financial analysis.
• Exposure to multi-entity environments is advantageous.
• Exposure to financial reporting in Singapore Listed Company environment is advantageous.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across different markets.
• Exposure to Enterprise Performance Management (e.g. Oracle/ Hyperion) is advantageous
