Role & responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and investments.

Financial Controlling

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
• Monitor internal controls, compliance, and financial policies.
• Oversee cost control initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

6-10 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or corporate finance.

• Experience in multinational or regional operations (Africa/West Africa experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and business operations.
