Finance Plant Manager

·        Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

·        Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses.

·        Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, and physical inventory reconciliations.

·        Ensure accurate recording of plant transactions and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

·        Partner with plant management to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational performance.

·        Review product costing and recommend actions to improve margins and profitability.

·        Manage the plant's annual budgeting and forecasting process.

·        Support internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

·        Monitor capital expenditures and evaluate financial feasibility of plant projects.

·        Lead and develop the plant finance team and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

·        Coordinate with corporate finance, supply chain, operations, and other departments on financial matters.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, CPA is a must

·        Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar

·        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MYOB and financial analysis tools.

·        Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and inventory management.

·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·        At least 5-8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

·        Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

·        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

·        Ability to work effectively with plant operations and cross-functional teams.
