Finance Process Manager – Finance Process Excellence

Join our global Process Excellence team in Szczecin and help shape the future of operational excellence within the renewable energy industry.

As a Process Manager, Business Process Excellence , you will play a valuable role in driving enterprise-wide process optimization and transformation. Based in Szczecin and operating in a global role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, standardize global processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You will partner with stakeholders across regions to identify improvement opportunities, design and implement solutions, and ensure long-term process sustainability, balancing digital enablement, lean principles, and change management.

Success in this role requires a combination of process excellence expertise, strong stakeholder management, and commercial understanding, allowing you to connect process improvements with business performance, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Please note that this is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead Process Improvement Initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.
• Drive Standardization: Develop and implement standardized global processes across IT, and other functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Enable Digital Transformation: Partner with IT and business leads to streamline workflows and deploy automation, analytics, and process mining tools.
• Change Leadership: Serve as a champion for change, driving cultural adoption of continuous improvement across business units and geographies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with executive and operational leaders to ensure alignment, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact.
• Work with key stakeholders to drive and sustain process changes.

Your profile:

• Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers are a plus
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Excellent English skills
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence roles, preferably in global or matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and business process management.
• Demonstrated success in driving standardization and digital process transformation.
• Excellent communication and great human skills
• Experience in working with D365 and other BI systems is preferred
• Pro-active, self-motivated and able to work with respect to deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and change management skills.
• Experience working in or with the renewable energy or related industrial sectors is a plus.
