- Perform financial, commercial and credit analysis on new transactions.
- Coordinate due diligence processes across technical, legal, tax, insurance and other workstreams.
- Review transaction documentation and work closely with internal teams, lenders, advisors and other external counterparties.

- Monitor existing investments and financings, including project performance, covenant compliance and financial reporting.
- Conduct market and industry analysis to support new opportunities and strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance or a closely related field.
- Experience within an investment bank, commercial bank, infrastructure or energy investor, developer, independent power producer, utility or other relevant organization.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with direct experience building or working with project finance models.
- Understanding of project-level debt structures, credit analysis and transaction documentation.
- Exposure to power, renewable energy, conventional energy, infrastructure or energy transition assets preferred.
- Experience supporting transactions from initial evaluation through financial close.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to understand both financial and underlying project risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or a related discipline.
The Opportunity
