About the Role

As part of the Corporate Strategy Office, this role supports financial analysis, reporting, and performance tracking across the organization, with a strong focus on group-level operations. The position provides direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making, while contributing to company-wide and cross-functional initiatives in Europe and North America. Day-to-day work is guided by a Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align corporate finance and performance-related initiatives across business functions
• Track execution of key finance and business initiatives, ensuring accountability and cross-functional collaboration
• Support and coordinate group-level cashflow, P&L, and FP&A analyses
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners throughout project lifecycles
• Support strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and clear recommendations
• Drive process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements across controlling and reporting workflows
• Monitor financial and business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and propose improvement actions
• Ensure structured documentation, approval, and review processes for all initiatives
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and materials for senior management and ownership
• Support the financial communication and implementation of company strategy and vision

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial project management, business controlling, or FP&A

Essential Skills

• Basic understanding of holding structures and group-level financial processes, or strong willingness to learn
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting; exposure to tax or accounting topics is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to process, documentation, and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Proactive, flexible, and pragmatic with a hands-on mindset
• Strong relationship-building skills across teams and function

Desirable Skills

• Experience using AI tools as part of daily work
• Interest in financial process optimization and automation
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in dynamic work environments
• Knowledge of IFRS
