Finance Reporting CA /CA Inter / CMA

Role & responsibilities

• Financial Planning: Prepare monthly Forecasts & Actuals and annual Budgets, followed by system upload and checks.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards, and commentaries highlighting key performance indicators.
• Financial Analyses: Conduct variance analysis and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation.
• Event Support: Assist with Business Reviews, 3-Year Plans, and ad-hoc requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, etc.
• Governance & Compliance: Maintain adherence to internal controls and governance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, reporting & analytics.
• Understanding of financial processes & statements.
• Knowledge of P&L and KPI levers.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
