Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
- Input Laporan Kas Bank
- Menyelesaikan teguran BI
- Memenuhi kebutuhan Bank
- Membuat LC/ SKBDN/ BG dan membuat akseptasinya
- Membuat laporan rekap Plafon, membuat laporan kas Bank mingguan
- Membuat pengajuan PB untuk potongan gaji dan keperluan VP Finance
- Follow up approver PB bila memang belum di approve
- Membuat surat-menyurat
- Filling document
Kualifikasi:
Mengerti ttg Perbankan (LC,SKBDN, Export/Import) yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan bagian keuangan adalah nilai plus
Bisa berbahasa Inggris active/ passive
Teliti, detail-oriented, bekerja efektif dan efisien
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dan dead line
Menguasai Mc. Office
