What they need
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare daily summary of printed checks for various distributors
- Transmittal of prepared checks to various distributors
- Preparation of referral letter for various banks (BDO, CBC, & MBTC) to open an atm account for new staff
- Preparation of referral letter for BDO to open payroll account for newly hired YMC employees,
- To prepare transmittal slips for various banks
- Other instructions of your superior with regards to accounting matters
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:
Direct hiring
Fixed Term; 3 Months (Casual Employment)
Onsite; Work Assignment in Manila Liaison Office
Six (6) working days a week; Monday to Saturday
Work Time: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Opportunities for absorption to Full Time position
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-years Business-related course
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Word & Excel)
- With good communication skills both verbal and written.
