Finance Shared Service -Master Data Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Sales Orders with complete supporting documents.
• Maintain alignment between the latest Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
• Create and maintain Customer Master Data with complete supporting documents.
• Create and maintain Vendor Master Data with complete supporting documents.
• Create and maintain Inventory Master Data with complete supporting documents.
• Create and maintain Non-Inventory Master Data with complete supporting documents.
• Support other FSS ad hoc activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Computerized Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional working environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn and work with finance systems, ERP platforms, and master data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data management skills.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
