An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Shared Services Manager to take ownership of a key finance administration function within a well-established organisation. This role will lead a team and play a hands-on part in improving the way finance processes operate across the wider business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and support a team across finance administration and shared services
• Oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments and queries
• Monitor workflow, volumes and performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive process efficiencies and reduce errors, rework and unnecessary administration
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Procurement and IT to improve payment, banking and finance systems
• Ensure strong controls and consistent processes are maintained across multiple entities
• Make the most of technology to improve automation and efficiency

About you:

• Previous experience managing a shared services, finance administration or transactional finance function
• Proven people leadership experience, including managing direct reports
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay and finance administration processes
• Technically confident, with experience working across ERP systems; D365 F&O would be advantageous
• A natural problem solver who enjoys finding better ways of doing things
• Commercially minded, organised and confident working across different teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable using data and systems to identify opportunities and drive change
