Finance Specialist (Accounting)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day invoice transaction processing, ensuring timely processing, resolution of issues.
• Ensure high accuracy in invoice posting and compliance with company policies and procedures, while guiding stakeholders through the correct processes for successful invoice validation.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and support system and process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency.
• Monitor and report on performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and minimize exceptions.
• Ensure full compliance with SOX controls, update process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain cross-country process harmonization.
• Support Month-End Close (MEC) activities to ensure successful and timely completion.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Travel & Expense (T&E) are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with good accuracy in handling financial data and documentation.
• Demonstrates strong learning agility and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• High level of accountability and ownership in completing assigned tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience with Oracle is an added advantage.
