Finance Specialist -AR/Treasury (Project-Based)

Job Responsibilities:

• Properly monitor Sales Order creation in SAP and ensure accurate and timely sales invoicing together with on time submission of original copy of sales invoice to customer.
• Monitor AR Aging report and ensure collection is posted in SAP regularly.
• Monitor import trade registration and on time processing of related party transaction.
• Monitor and update import duties and taxes transaction for the month and ensure complete filing of BOC receipts and payments for future audit
• Received AP batch transactions for check payment preparation, prompt processing of payments and ensure complete supporting documents before proceed with the payment processing payment portal.
• Handles Bank Reconciliation and Weekly Cash Position.
• Prepare the necessary journal entries to take up adjustments in the bank reconciliation.
• Coordinate with bank on necessary requirements to enhance payment process system and ensure submission of necessary bank documents for bank openings and loan applications.
• Prepare necessary month end closing entries such as accruals, forex revaluation, payroll entries and account analysis related to Accrued expenses, cash and cash equivalents, Accounts Receivable, Loans, Prepayments and amortizations.
• Proper handling of Petty cash fund and ensure PCF balance tie up with SAP ending balance on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance to internal controls and provide documentation to internal and external audits
• Prepare and analyzes balance sheet reconciliations and recommends necessary adjusting entries and proposed resolutions on issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Implement and comply all programs and regulations set by the factory

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• Minimum of 2 years of AR/Treasury work experience
• Sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Solid SAP cost systems background.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office
