Finance Specialist

1. Prepare monthly closing and annual financial statements for the Hong Kong region companies;
2. Prepare monthly and annual budgeting reports for the Hong Kong region companies;
3. Management and reconciliation of accounting entries with the Mainland HQ shared center;
4. Support on the Hong Kong region companies related accounting and finance related ERP issues;
5. Processing of invoices and expense reimbursement in the ERP system and support on the subsequent payment arrangement;
6. Ensure all transactions processed are valid activities with sufficient documentation and procedural compliance
7. Support on contract review;
8. Support on the daily projects from financial perspective.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or related major;
2. Familiar with accounting and audit practices, etc.; Skilled in office software; SAP experience is preferred;
3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experiences, at least 2 years working experience in big four accounting firms, finance or accounting field;
4. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must);
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Able to work independently, multi-task and efficiently; Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to continuous learning.
