Finance Specialist

Job Summary

The Finance Specialist/Accounting Analyst is responsible for providing financial support to the UBIX Imaging Center business unit by monitoring sales performance, preparing financial reports, managing billing and collection coordination, analyzing profitability, and supporting budget planning. The role ensures accurate financial reporting and assists management in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly sales, revenue, and profitability reports for UIC operations.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and provide variance analysis.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams regarding billing, collections, and customer accounts.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Track project costs, margins, and profitability of imaging solutions and equipment sales.
• Review purchase requests, quotations, and contracts from a financial perspective.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and assist in collection efforts.
• Prepare financial dashboards and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales finance, or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
