Finance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial matters to understand the current financial situation and provide a summary analysis of improvements in a standardized financial and accounting manner for both short-term and long-term action plans.
• Participate in preparing monthly and annual budget and actual analyses, and liaise with the auditor for financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations through internal control measures.
• Review external audit reports.
• Support business process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with other functions to address all financial aspects.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English are mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

• Proactive, good team player, and a fast worker with the ability to work effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with the SAP system.

• Experience working in a manufacturing company.

• Willingness to work in Karawang, West Java.
