Finance Specialist

1. Perform daily finance and accounting activities, including transaction recording, payment processing, and financial documentation.
2. Prepare and verify invoices, payment documents, and supporting financial documents.
3. Perform account reconciliation and ensure financial data is accurate and properly recorded.
4. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, journals, and supporting schedules.
5. Support tax administration, including the preparation and reconciliation of VAT and withholding tax (PPh) data.
6. Assist with month-end closing activities and ensure all required financial records are completed accurately and on time.
7. Maintain and organize financial documents and records for proper filing and audit purposes.
8. Monitor outstanding financial transactions and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
9. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial and accounting-related issues.
10. Handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining accuracy and quality of work.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting is preferred.
3. Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
4. Good understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliation, and financial administration.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
6. Experience with Accurate accounting software is preferred.
7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accuracy when handling financial data.
8. Good time management and able to work with multiple deadlines.
9. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team and across departments.
10. Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
