Finance Specialist

About the role

This role focuses on month-end closing and audit procedures for subsidiaries, as well as business finance and analysis support. You will execute financial closing processes, coordinate with external audit teams, and provide analytical support across revenue and cost structures.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month-end closing procedures for subsidiaries, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of General Ledger (GL) accounting entries
• Assist in coordinating with external audit teams by preparing audit working papers and related financial schedules
• Collaborate on intercompany/Related Party Transactions (RPT) reconciliations and settlements across entities
• Work closely with the AR team to support daily payment claiming and receipt clearing
• Conduct periodic revenue and cost structure analyses for business lines, assisting in the preparation of analytical reports and providing financial data support
• Track and monitor revenue and costs for key projects, verifying and ensuring the accuracy of all related data

Qualification

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Hands-on multi-module background (handling at least two of AP/AR/GL) in SME or multinational environments
• Strong data sensitivity with the ability to handle daily revenue and cost analysis
• Highly motivated to develop further into financial analysis and business support roles
• Professional working proficiency in English (fluent for daily communication)
• Mandarin Chinese capability is a strong plus
