Finance Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Finance Specialist to join our team at our Headquarters in Etiler, Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit or related functions,
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes,
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank transactions, and reconciliation processes,
• Experience in or familiarity with internal and external audit processes,
• Advanced command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to actively use English in daily business operations,
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills,
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills,
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team,
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and take responsibility in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance operations and follow up on financial transactions
• Follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Monitor payments, collections, bank transactions, and reconciliations
• Assist in cash flow tracking and daily financial planning activities
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Assist in budget preparation and actual vs. budget comparisons
• Prepare financial data, tables, and basic analyses for management reporting
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Check and follow up on accounting records and supporting documents in coordination with the accounting team
• Participate in internal and external audit processes and prepare the requested financial documents, reconciliations, and supporting data
• Follow up on audit-related requests and provide necessary information to the relevant teams
• Support communication with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders when required
• Use English actively in communication with international stakeholders and in finance-related processes
• Support KPI reporting and financial performance monitoring
• Assist the finance team with ad-hoc analyses and projects.
