We are now seeking Finance Specialist to join the financial management team of our foreign-partnered group company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in finance, financial reporting, or controlling
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Good understanding of IFRS and local regulations
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred
• Experience in retail and/or real estate development sectors is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and management reports
• Monitor cash flow and working capital performance
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
• Support tax planning and compliance processes
• Assist in coordinating internal and external audits
• Contribute to IFRS reporting and group consolidation processes
• Identify opportunities for financial efficiency and cost optimization
