What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Sales Accounting, Billing, or General Accounting.
- Experience in sales invoicing, collection monitoring, customer account reconciliation, and accounts receivable aging.
- Experience with an ERP/accounting system is an advantage.
- Knowledge of VAT, EWT, and other applicable tax requirements related to sales and collections.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving billing, collection, and account reconciliation issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills, especially in dealing with Sales, Operations, and customers.
- Willing to perform other accounting-related duties as may be assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
