Finance Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Sales Accounting, Billing, or General Accounting.
• Experience in sales invoicing, collection monitoring, customer account reconciliation, and accounts receivable aging.
• Experience with an ERP/accounting system is an advantage.
• Knowledge of VAT, EWT, and other applicable tax requirements related to sales and collections.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving billing, collection, and account reconciliation issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in recording sales and customer balances.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, especially in dealing with Sales, Operations, and customers.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to perform other accounting-related duties as may be assigned.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
