Feladatok

• Support manufacturing finance activities and rhythms, including planning, pacing, monthly operating reviews (MOR), closing, and audits.
• Actively leverage the ERP system to drive LEAN closing processes. Proactively identify and implement smarter, more efficient solutions to recurring financial and accounting needs to reduce cycle times and improve accuracy.
• Reconciling goods receipt/invoice receipt processes.
• Preparing and posting manual journal entries.
• Reviewing and approving financial workflows.
• Processing and overseeing purchase order requisitions.
• Proactively identify and execute necessary manual adjustments and accruals at month-end to ensure ledger accuracy and policy compliance.
• Effectively communicate with cost owners for correct understanding of actual and budget spends.
• Perform analysis on financial variances. Effectively communicate the primary operational drivers behind the fluctuations; including Volume, Product Mix, Program Savings, Price/Cost impacts, and Foreign Exchange (FX).

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei

• Prior Finance and Supply Chain Finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Awareness of accounting policies and practices.
• System ERP Expertise: Oracle/SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
