Finance Specialist

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

1. Get deep into the cloud business, assist the cloud business director and CFO in financial management, including but not limited to budgeting and forecasting, and project financial management, and help the team achieve the financial targets of the cloud business.
2. Identify partner/project business unit planning & forecasting process improvement opportunities and drive implementation to provide timely, accurate information.
3. Perform annual partner/project business unit budgeting, monthly rolling forecast and KPI analysis report.
4. Manage the partner/project business unit data quality of the cloud business of regional office, ensure the accuracy of financial data.
5. Support special projects/partner, ad-hoc analysis, report and plan template solutions

Candidate Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, business management, etc.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in budgeting and forecasting, business analysis, financial management, asset management, cost management, risk management, etc.
3. Be proficient in using IT tools and Excel tables to process various data analysis.
4. Be familiar with contract reading and identifying T&C risks. Be familiar with project delivery and improve project operation through cost management.
5. Strong communication and influencing skills, and work with related departments and colleagues to achieve goals together.
