Finance Specialist

Please note that this is a temporary position for 10 months.

Your responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs as well as ad hoc payments when required.
• Record and reconcile bank account transactions on a regular basis.
• Process and manage employee business travel expenses in the system.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure timely delivery of accounting information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

Our requirements

• English – communicative level (B1 minimum).
• Polish - C1
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good numerical aptitude and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Proactive, well-organized, and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Willingness to work in a temporary position for 10 months.

Optional

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related area.
