Finance Specialist - General Accounting

What This Job Involves Responsible for AR-related tasks and settling/Write off invoices into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner while enforcing and complying with Jones Lang LaSalle’s accounting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Entering the banking system and downloading and checking receipt information.
• Complete settlement with JLL Corp in a timely and accurate manner.
• Record and resolve inquiries related to the AR function.
• Complete month-end activities/reports and reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Harmonized coordination with different internal or external stakeholders regarding MEC.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• 2-3 years of AR experience will be necessary.
• 5-6 years experience in BPO/MNC finance across APAC preferred.
• Good command of English skills;especially required very good in reading and writing;CET 6 is preferred.
• Proficient in Office suite products Word;Excel;and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems primarily Oracle.
• Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes.
