What they need
Finance Specialist(Cost Accounting) is responsible for supporting cost accounting and inventory management processes across assigned SBUs. This role ensures accurate recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of inventory and cost data, while maintaining system accuracy and supporting financial reporting in a retail/F&B environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in accounting, inventory, or related role (fresh grads with strong internship experience may be considered)
- Experience in retail, food, or manufacturing is an advantage
- Familiarity with ERP/POS systems is a plus
