Finance Staff

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance is preferred
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they have strong accounting fundamentals
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Familiarity with BIR tax compliance and documentation is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Invoices and billing documents
• Official receipts / collection records
• Payment vouchers
• Bank reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Accounting schedules
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including basic formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables

A basic Finance Staff can be expected to assist with:

• Recording and monitoring financial transactions
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Collection and payment monitoring
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparation of accounting schedules and reports
• Checking supporting documents for transactions
• Assisting with BIR and other statutory compliance
• Monitoring customer balances and deposits

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pasay
