Finance Staff

About the role

Finance Staff to support Finance & Treasury activities, particularly in payment processing, cash and bank monitoring, reconciliation, and financial administration.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments to vendors, employees, affiliates, and third parties in accordance with the company's payment schedule and procedures.
• Monitor cash and bank balances to ensure sufficient funds for the company's operational needs.
• Prepare and process payment documents, including checks, bank transfers, and other required payment instructions.
• Verify cash and bank transactions based on valid and complete supporting documents.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare daily cash position reports.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding the recording of cash and bank transactions.
• Submit payment documents, transfer receipts, and other supporting documents to the Accounting Department for recording and filing.
• Assist with company bank account administration and other banking-related activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of finance-related records.

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance or Treasury.
• Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and treasury processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and logical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
• Able to work effectively under deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
