The Finance Assistant (Accounting) supports the organization’s financial health by assisting in the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial data. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards, contributes to accurate financial statements, and provides support in taxation, audits, and risk management.

The Finance Assistant plays a key role in turning financial records into actionable insights for management decision-making.

🎓 Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).

• Experience: 1–3 years of accounting or finance-related work experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with taxation processes and audit preparation.
  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, ERP systems).
