What they need
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi pencairan dana di marketplace & sistem secara rutin.
- Membuat invoice menggunakan system
- Bersedia backed up admin toko.
- Pengumpulan data untuk laporan berkala
- Mengelola file dan pengarsipan dokumen keuangan & akuntansi dengan tertib dan sistematis.
- Menjalankan proses adminstrasi lainnya yang ditugaskan.
Kualifikasi:
- Usia maksimal 32 tahun.
- Pendidikan minimal SMK Akuntansi/SMA dengan pengalaman staff Finance & Accounting min 1 tahun.
- Memahami dasar-dasar Accounting dan Finance.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (Vlookup,Hlookup, Pivot Table).
- Teliti, jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
