Finance Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor in Accounting.

• 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Investment Administration is an advantage.

• Understanding of stock transaction administration and basic capital market investment is a plus.

• Knowledge of RKAP and budget monitoring concepts.

• Experience in handling payment processes and transaction reconciliation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and data processing).

• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of company financial data.

Job Description:

• Administer and record stock transactions (buy, sell, and corporate actions).
• Ensure completeness of supporting documents in compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Manage stock transaction payments, including preparing payment instructions and coordinating with related parties (banks, brokers, internal finance).
• Perform reconciliation of stock transaction data with reports from brokers and custodian banks.
• Prepare and monitor the realization of investment budgets in accordance with the RKAP (Company Work Plan and Budget).
• Assist in preparing RKAP realization reports and monitor budget deviations.
• Archive transaction documents and ensure proper and well-organized documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Accounting, Legal) regarding administrative and payment processes for stock transactions.
• Support internal and external audit processes related to stock transaction documents and budgets.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to company investment and financial activities.
