What they need
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and prepare reports on cash inflows and outflows
- Reconcile petty cash reports with actual physical cash balance
- Ensure completeness of supporting documents for cash receipts and disbursements and report to supervisor
- Handle banking processes related to petty cash
- Record and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Process and record sales and payments
- Deposit sales proceeds into the company's bank account
- Prepare transaction-related documents, such as invoices, transaction forms, and supporting documents
- Assist with stock opname/inventory counts
- Assist with other finance-related tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in basic computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and related applications
- Good understanding of taxation, including VAT (PPN), Income Tax (PPh)
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Honest and reliable
