Finance Staff

About the role

Finance Staff responsible for managing sales invoicing, data entry, sales administration, and financial reporting for an aesthetics and cosmetics distribution company.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish sales invoices
• Input and manage accuracy of sales data into the company system
• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding ordering processes, delivery, and sales administration
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Manage customer administration, including filing of sales documents and supporting data
• Assist with billing processes (payment follow-up) to customers and ensure completeness of sales administration
• Verify receivables and record payment settlements from clinics or customers
• Perform other administrative tasks supporting Sales team operations

About you

• Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 1 year experience as Finance Staff, Tax Staff, Finance Admin, or Sales Admin, preferably in beauty product distribution, cosmetics, skincare, aesthetics, or beauty clinic companies
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel) or Google Spreadsheet well
• Experience using accounting software (Jurnal by mekari) is prioritized
• Deep understanding of Financial Accounting, Taxation (PPh, PPN), and Tax Reporting (SPT, e-SPT, e-Faktur)
• Accustomed to data entry with attention to detail, neatness, and accuracy
• Good administrative, communication, and coordination skills
