Finance Staff

• Ensure completeness of documents of payables prior to processing of payments (e.g., purchase orders, charge invoices, receiving reports, delivery receipts and Statement of Accounts, Request for Funds)
• Monitors due dates of accounts due for payment and prepares them for processing based on duly approved supporting documents
• Monitoring of checks for disbursements
• Coordinate and reconcile with the purchaser regarding balances and undelivered items from suppliers

The candidate must be/have:

• A graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology
• Knowledgeable of the basic accounting principles
• At least 6-months experience in related field
• Keen attention to details, can handle pressure, flexible, and trainable
• Proficient in using MS Office Application, and preferably knowledgeable of any accounting systems or software.
