About the role
Mengelola administrasi keuangan dan memastikan kelengkapan dokumen sesuai prosedur perusahaan. Memberikan dukungan administrasi untuk operasional proyek yang dijalankan perusahaan di Makassar.
Job Description:
- Membuat serta melakukan pengecekan tagihan (invoice) sebelum diproses
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang untuk melakukan stock opname secara berkala
- Memastikan kesesuaian antara stok fisik, data sistem, dan pesanan pelanggan
- Mengelola dan mengawasi penggunaan petty cash, termasuk pencatatan dan pelaporannya
Qualification:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau jurusan terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Admin Finance/Finance Staff
- Teliti, detail, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dengan baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Pusat
