What they need
- Process and prepare payroll, including attendance, overtime, and deductions
- Prepare and issue client billing/invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns and discrepancies
- Prepare payroll, billing, and collection reports
- Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of all transactions
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
- With experience in payroll, billing, or accounts receivable is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- With good communication skills and confident in handling client follow-ups
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
