Finance Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Admin
• Proficient in Accurate and/or Odoo
• Basic knowledge of taxation (VAT, Income Tax Art. 21/23/4(2)) to verify document completeness and compliance
• Willing to be placed at Head Office (South Jakarta)

Job Description:

• Process daily and bi-monthly vendor payments via Internet Banking, Accurate, and Odoo ERP systems
• Maintain accurate general ledgers, batch payment recaps, and project-specific payment records
• Verify completeness and compliance of vendor payment documents prior to disbursement.
• Monitor vendor cash flow expenditures and track utilization/settlement of APF banking facilities
• Manage physical document archiving, filing systems, and payment proof distribution to internal stakeholders
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong data entry skills.
