Finance Staff

WE ARE HIRING – FINANCE STAFF

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance operations, including payment processing, cash flow monitoring, and financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budget monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving financial discrepancies.
• Monitor expenses and support budget tracking to ensure effective financial management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the necessary financial documentation.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Good understanding of financial principles, banking processes, and financial administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
