Finance Staff

Qualifications:

• Preferably BS Accountancy graduate.
• Ability to handle pressure
• With relevant Accounting experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for petty cash fund and ensure to keep sufficient cash balance to serve daily expenses.
• Reviews expenses and liquidation for proper recording and ensure completeness of documents according to requirements.
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions  Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Checking and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts  Update internal system with financial data  Participate in financial audits.
• Track bank deposits and payments.
• Performs other duties/tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Relevant Experience:

• Experience using financial software.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Ability to handle pressure
