Finance Staff (Electronic Distribution)

Blibli is growing its business in distributing electronic products across Indonesia . Our business supports electronic principals and brands by expanding their reach through both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels, ensuring efficient distribution and market penetration nationwide.

As Finance Junior Staff, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, accounts receivable and payable processes, cash flow monitoring, invoicing, advance settlements, and supplier-related financial activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, dealers, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and smooth business operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial controls.

What You'll Working On

• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare and issue invoices, while monitoring customer receivables and credit limits.
• Manage supplier payments and maintain payment schedules.
• Monitor cash flow and support daily financial reporting activities.
• Process sales and purchase advances, including settlement and documentation.
• Review and verify supplier rebates, back margins, and dealer support claims.
• Monitor and reconcile Credit Notes (CN), Accounts Receivable (AR), and related financial transactions.
• Verify employee incentive calculations and supporting documents.
• Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• S1 / D4 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Having 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting; experience within a distribution, trading, FMCG, or electronics business is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash flow management, invoicing, advance payments, and Credit Notes.
• Familiarity with supplier support schemes, rebates, and back-margin concepts will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other common formulas.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Accurate, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
