Finance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Financial & Accounting Management: Handle daily accounting operations, income and expenditure records, accounts receivable and payable management. Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with Hong Kong accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Tax & Compliance Support: Assist in Hong Kong tax filing and annual audit preparation, organize audit documents and ensure company financial operations are fully compliant with local regulations.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Complete other finance and administrative ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth daily operation of the company.
• Proficient in accounting software, Excel advanced functions and office tools; capable of handling full set of accounts and financial reports independently.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, basic business English reading and writing ability; relevant industry experience is an advantage.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines; relevant Hong Kong accounting working experience is preferred. Familiar with Hong Kong accounting, taxation and audit procedures.

• Strong numerical sensitivity and financial analysis skills; meticulous, well-organized and able to solve problems independently.

• Responsible, reliable and flexible; able to handle both financial duties and administrative support, suitable for Hong Kong SME working environment.

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, basic business English reading and writing ability; relevant industry experience is an advantage.
