Finance Supervisor

About the role

Oversees General Ledger operations and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting. Leads month-end and year-end closing, account reconciliations, tax compliance, and audit requirements while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee General Ledger operations, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Support internal and external audits and resolve accounting and tax matters
• Prepare and review tax computations and ensure statutory compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders on accounting matters and business initiatives
• Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements
• Maintain and improve accounting SOPs and documentation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and CPA qualification
• 2–3 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Reporting, and Taxation
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, Philippine tax regulations, and audit requirements
• Experience with BIR audits, statutory reporting, and tax assessments
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
