Finance Supervisor

We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, month-end closing, and financial reporting. This role will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with company policies, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
• Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Coordinate month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Supervise and develop the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of finance/accounting experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, P2P, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
