Finance Supervisor

About The Role

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day finance administration, operations, and general administrative activities, including invoices, payments, expenses, documentation, data management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in administration, finance, accounting, or operations, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial administrative and operational activities, including invoices, payments, expenses, and financial documentation.
• Support general administration, documentation, data management, and coordination with internal and external parties.
• Ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and follow up on various tasks across teams, while being able to work independently and take initiative.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Administration, Operations, Finance Admin, Accounting, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
