Finance Supervisor (CPA Required)

Precisione International Research and Diagnostics Lab Inc. is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Finance Supervisor to join our Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulatory requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate finance team members.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

✔ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
✔ At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
✔ Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
✔ Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✔ Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational abilities

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
