Finance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage General Accounting and General Ledger activities
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjusting entries
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Maintain and monitor the integrity of the general ledger system
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Oversee bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules
• Ensure compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements
• Monitor accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or related field
• At least 4–6 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of GA, GL, and financial reporting
• Experience in handling audits and tax compliance
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Leadership and team management skills
