Finance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the financial activities of retail stores to ensure accurate reporting, effective budget management, and cost control.
• Supervises financial transactions, monitors sales and cash management processes.
• Reconciles accounts, analyzes financial performance, and provides recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead and develop finance staff while providing support to retail management on financial matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Financial Management
• 5+ years in tax compliance with hands-on BIR audit experience.
• 3+ years in financial services and accounts receivable.
• 2+ years in budget management.
• 2+ years in people/staff management.
